1. SJSZΦ65/132 conical twin screw extruder
●Using conical twin-screw extruder, unique design, short plasticizing time, good mixing performance and excellent plasticizing effect.
●The gear box distribution box is made of hard tooth surface, nitriding treatment, high-precision grinding of teeth, beautiful appearance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
●Temperature control system: It adopts cast aluminum heater, stainless steel shell and air cooling system to ensure good cooling and heating, and temperature control characteristics.
●Screw and barrel: The screw is equipped with an internal temperature control system, and the barrel and screw are equipped with a vacuum system, which can eliminate the waste gas generated from the raw materials, and the product is of high quality.
●Drive system: adopt Siemens motor, use Hailip or ABB frequency converter to provide stable torque output and various speeds.
●Electrical control: using PLC computer intelligent control, human-machine interface large-screen color LCD display.
2. PVC double pipe extrusion mould
●Customized molds according to customer requirements, equipped with two mandrels with different pressure levels.
Three, double tube vacuum shaping box
●There are two vacuum chambers to ensure a perfect round tube, spray water cooling, equipped with a temperature controller to automatically discharge water, the main tank is made of stainless steel, and has a long service life.
Four, double traction double cutting unit
● Traction machine: The main function of this equipment is to haul the vacuum shaped pipe to cutting.
●Cutting unit: sawing, planetary cutting, equipped with dust removal system.
Five, double tube stacking rack
●Pneumatic or automatic turning, can freely modify the length of the pipeline.
●The length of the stacking rack is 4 meters, 5 meters, and 6 meters.
●The unloading flap is made of stainless steel.
